Marvellous and decent location, nice area. Pleasant staff, clean rooms with fan and a pull out bed, as example.

Very comfortable bed and room, was a little disappointed as the room in photos had a garden tub.

Was under the impression that I would be getting a room with a garden tub.

Comfy bed. Cleaning staff was polite.

Rude, unaccommodating, staff at the front desk. They did not welcome us and did not appreciate our business. Told us we did not have to stay at the hotel.

Friendly helpful staff. Obviously being at an Interstate intersection it is not a resort. But a good value. We were there on a real busy weekend because of the River Run and the Amelia Island Concours, yet everything went great.

No complaints.

I like that I was left to do what I came to do and that was to record vocals. Every morning they would knock on the door to ask if I needed anything I said no they let me be. When I arrived to the room it was in good shape clean smell loved it would go again keep up the good work.

Hallways noisy from inside room. One elevator hard to access with hotel crowded. Parking lot difficult to maneuver safely.

Hotel room was very nice, well laid out and clean. For where we needed to go the location was great.

Beds rolled to middle and were noisy; smear of what looked like blood on the toilet seat lid; AC unit creaked and rattled very loudly; Front desk stuff seemed irritated that we were bothering him by checking in, kept grumbling to himself and was upset we asked to buy drinks from the cooler

I found the stay just a strong match for taking strolls in Jacksonville with fantastic value. The clerk at the desk was very friendly and tried to help. Make sure to check the cleanliness of your room before settling in.

On booking the room pictures was miss guiding.5bought I getting a curtain room in it wasn't.

After a long drive, I booked a King Suite on a whim and it was so comfy. I loved relaxing at the indoor pool and soaking in the hot tub. The only downside was the shower took a while to get warm, but it didn't ruin my stay 😊

Besides my sleep everything else was grear

Make sure to get a double room with fan and a pull out bed, for example. There is a microwave oven, coffee/tea makers and a refrigerator. The location of the venue is great and decent, right by Bay meadows in Jacksonville as well as the Jacksonville Convention Center. And it's by Cedar River.
